We're Hiring and Assistant Wedding Coordinator!

I am thrilled to announce that Lively Events is hiring! Lively Events has grown so much over the past 5 years, we are excited to move forward into the next phase of our business. Now that we are at maximum capacity, we are at the place where the workload is beyond our ability. We are looking for a part time assistant wedding coordinator to join our team!

Applicants must be self-starters, motivated workers, and eager to learn. As an assistant wedding coordinator, you will be involved in the wedding planning and the wedding day. The assistant coordinator will assist in creating wedding day timelines, confirming with vendors, writing blog posts, sending emails, assisting with wedding day set up and break down, coordinating with vendors and clients and ensuring wedding/event days run smoothly.

This position is a part time position. This is not the same as an internship. We are looking for someone to join our team year-round with the Assistant Wedding Coordinator Position.

Qualifications: Professional, friendly demeanor Experienced with Word and Excel Must not only be organized, but also have a love for organization Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledgeable of current trends, styles and publications in the wedding industry

Logistics Part-Time Position Available on weekends- Not every weekend Position to begin ASAP Compensation Contracted position, $10-$12 per hour based on experience 10-20 hours per week (potential for increased hours during wedding season: April – November)
