Lively Events is hiring a part time office manager.
The office manager will be responsible for managerial and administrative tasks to keep the Lively Office running smoothly and effectively.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Organizing physical and digital files
Responding to emails, phone calls and social media messages
Keeping office supplies and wedding kits stocked and organized
Managing client work flows
Attending networking events
Managing client inquires and on boarding
Spending time with our team who loves to be creative, drink coffee and eat wedding cake!
The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, outgoing, creative and loves all things wedding!
